Tea sandwiches and scones will be served with two teas to sample. The Mary Washington Blend contains green jasmine tea with orange peel and natural orange spice flavoring. The Marquis de Lafayette Blend features green jasmine tea with orange peel, natural orange spice flavoring, and vanilla.
Guests will enjoy an interactive discussion with Heather B. Meadows about her book Colonial Cooking for a Modern Day Palate and will have the opportunity to sample a recipe from the book. Copies of her book, which can be signed, will be available for purchase.
