The support of members enables Washington Heritage Museums to preserve, promote and maintain our five historic properties in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop, Mary Washington House, Rising Sun Tavern, and the Mary Washington Monument grounds welcome visitors year‑round, offering the opportunity to experience history in the very footsteps of those who shaped it. St. James’ House serves as the home of WHM’s membership and business offices and opens for public tours for two weeks each year.
Gift memberships include all the benefits of membership, such as:

- Early access to special events, plus discounted admission to selected events
